SitePack assembles documents from your answers and a rule library. Your company remains responsible for the plan's content and for checking it against the site and your contract.
What these terms mean
- JHA (job hazard analysis)
- A task your crew will do, broken down into its hazards, the controls for each and the PPE. Some GCs call it a JSA or an AHA. Every plan has one for each task you select.
- Written programs
- Your company's standing safety documents for particular hazards, such as a hazard communication program or lockout/tagout procedures. OSHA requires some of them in writing. Your plan lists the ones the job calls for and the standards behind them; it does not include the programs themselves.
- Reissue
- Starting a new job's plan from an earlier one. Your company, people, crew and tasks carry over; the old site's project, dates, site conditions and emergency locations are cleared for the new site. With Pro, downloading the new plan is included.

Questions about plans and billing
Can I see the plan before I pay?
Yes. The builder and the full on-screen preview are free, with no card and no sign-up. You pay only when you want to download the Word and PDF files.
Job Pack or Pro?
A Job Pack ($49) covers one job. If you expect more than one GC-led job in a month, or you reissue plans as jobs change, Pro ($39 a month) costs less and adds the document library and one-click reissue.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account's billing page whenever you like; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. Plans you already downloaded are yours to keep.
What will Pro include as new documents ship?
Pro covers the site-specific safety plan today. Every plan already includes a job hazard analysis (JHA) for each task you select, with a Job Pack or with Pro. Separate documents are rolling out to Pro subscribers as they are finished and reviewed, at no extra cost: written programs (such as hazard communication), stand-alone JHA forms and a heat illness prevention plan. We don't promise dates for them.
Can I change the plan after I buy a Job Pack?
Yes. You can keep editing and re-downloading the plan for that job. Fields that identify the job, such as the project and site, lock after purchase so a Job Pack stays with one job.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed by Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
Is this legal or safety-compliance advice?
No. SitePack is a document-assembly aid. Your company is responsible for its safety plan, for checking it against the actual site and for meeting your contract and legal requirements. For advice on a specific job, talk to a qualified safety professional or a lawyer.
