Terms of Service
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and SitePack (“SitePack”, “we”, “us”) for the use of the SitePack website, builder and documents. By using SitePack or buying a plan you agree to them. If you use SitePack for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it, and “you” means that company.
1. What SitePack is, and what it is not
SitePack is a document-assembly aid. You answer questions about a job; fixed rules select content from our rule library (tasks, hazards, controls, written programs, PPE and regulatory citations) and assemble a draft site-specific safety plan for you to review, edit and approve.
- SitePack does not inspect your site, supervise your work or know conditions you have not told us about.
- SitePack does not give legal, safety, engineering or regulatory-compliance advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.
- We do not represent that a plan meets any law, regulation, owner requirement or contract term, or that a general contractor, owner, insurer or regulator will accept it. Each of them sets its own requirements.
2. Your responsibilities
You, as the employer, are responsible for your safety plan and for the safety of your work. In particular, you are responsible for:
- the accuracy and completeness of the answers you give, including emergency details, names and contact information;
- reviewing every section of the plan against the actual site conditions, your scope of work, your subcontract and the laws that apply where you work;
- adding hazards, controls, programs or procedures that the job needs and the plan does not include, and removing anything that does not apply;
- approving the plan before you use it, keeping it current as the job changes, and training your crew on it;
- designating competent and qualified persons and maintaining the written programs, training and records your work requires.
Regulations and standards change, and states with their own occupational safety and health plans can have different or additional rules.
3. AI-drafted text
AI does not choose what goes into your plan; the rules do. When you click Draft, the answers for that job are sent to Google's Gemini API to write narrative paragraphs (such as the scope-of-work description). AI-drafted text is marked in the builder and stays flagged until you approve or rewrite it. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; you are responsible for any text you approve. If you prefer not to use AI, do not click Draft and write those paragraphs yourself. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
4. Access, job links and accounts
- You can build and preview plans without an account. Each saved job has a private link containing a secret key; anyone with the link can view and edit that job, so keep it private.
- If you sign in, you sign in with your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in.
- You must be at least 18 and using SitePack for business purposes.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
- Job Pack ($49, one-time): lets you download the Word and PDF files for one job. You may keep editing and re-downloading that job's plan; fields that identify the job (such as the project and site) lock after purchase.
- Pro ($39 per month or $349 per year): unlimited jobs and downloads while the subscription is active. Pro renews automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
- Features described as “rolling out” are not yet available, and we do not commit to delivery dates.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.
- If you think you were charged in error or a download did not work, email support@sitesafetypack.com and we will look into it. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable, but we review every request.
- If a payment is refunded in full, or disputed with your bank or card issuer, the download access it paid for ends.
- We may change prices for future purchases and renewals; we will tell subscribers before a price change applies to them.
6. Your content
You own the answers you enter and the plans you download. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run SitePack for you, including sending text to service providers described in the Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage information (for example, how many plans include a given task) to improve the rule library and the product.
7. Our content
The rule library, templates, software and site content belong to SitePack or its licensors. You may use the documents SitePack produces for your own company's jobs, including sharing them with general contractors, owners and your crew. You may not resell SitePack, scrape or copy the rule library, or use the service to build a competing product.
Regulatory citations and links are provided for convenience and may not reflect the latest amendments; the official text (for example, on ecfr.gov) controls.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse SitePack: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the service, no access to other people's jobs, and no entering information you have no right to share. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
9. No warranties
SitePack and all documents it produces are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and any warranty that a document is complete, current, or sufficient for any site, contract or legal requirement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SitePack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts, delays, work stoppages, fines or penalties, arising out of or related to SitePack or any document it produces. Our total liability for all claims related to SitePack is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify SitePack against third-party claims arising from your work, your sites, your safety plans or programs, your use of documents produced with SitePack, or your breach of these terms.
12. Ending use; changes to these terms
You may stop using SitePack at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, and we may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a material way, we will update the date above and, for subscribers, notify you by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
13. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SitePack is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between us about SitePack.
